These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the walker7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By accessing walker7, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3.1 To access the full features of the walker7 Platform, you must register for an account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on walker7. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your walker7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. walker7 will never ask you for your password through any channel.
3.4 You must notify walker7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. walker7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
walker7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
4.1 All financial transactions on the walker7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). walker7 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency without prior arrangement.

Deposits are generally credited to your walker7 account within minutes of confirmation. walker7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. walker7 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. walker7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but walker7 aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours on business days.
walker7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 walker7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.4 walker7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. walker7 also reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
5.5 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts created to claim a welcome bonus again will be treated as multi-accounting and dealt with accordingly.
6.1 All games available on the walker7 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.2 All games on walker7 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. walker7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, walker7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. walker7 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 walker7 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability in the Platform.
6.5 The results displayed on the walker7 Platform are final. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on walker7's servers, the server record shall prevail.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the walker7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of walker7.
8.3 The walker7 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of walker7. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of walker7.
9.1 walker7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at walker7.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 walker7 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
9.3 walker7 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or court order. walker7 will notify you of any such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
9.4 walker7 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11.2 walker7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your walker7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 walker7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. walker7 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude walker7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 You may close your walker7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 walker7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
12.3 Where walker7 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, walker7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, walker7 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and walker7, you should first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. walker7 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 walker7 operates within the Philippine regulatory framework. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
14.1 walker7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, walker7 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
